Nope, not the Big Pink! We're at the Historic US National Bank Block, right in the heart of downtown Portland. The guest entrance is at 326 SW Broadway — look for the Away Days signage!
🕐 What time can I get in?
Doors open 1 hour before the first match of the day, and 30 minutes before subsequent games. Check the schedule for your game's kickoff time so you know exactly when to arrive.
🅿️ Is there parking?
Street parking and paid lots are available nearby in downtown Portland. We recommend arriving a little early, especially for popular games. Public transit (MAX and bus) stops right by the venue — often the easiest option!

🎟️ Will there be tickets at the door?
We may have limited tickets available on the day, but we strongly recommend buying in advance — popular games (especially USA matches!) sell out fast. Don't risk missing out!
🔢 How many tickets can I buy?
Up to 4 tickets per person, per game. Want to bring the whole crew? Sort out who's buying ahead of time!
🔄 Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! Tickets are transferable. Here's how it works:The person receiving the ticket purchases it through our ticketing page, which puts them in your spot. Once their purchase goes through, you'll be automatically refunded. Easy!You can also contact us directly and we can help transfer it on our end.
🛡️ What's the purchase protection option at checkout?
This is offered by our ticketing partner TicketSpice — it's completely optional. You're welcome to add it for extra peace of mind, or skip it. Totally your call!
⚽ WATCHING THE GAMES
📺 How many screens will there be?
One massive screen for everyone to enjoy together. The whole hall gets the same great view. Check out the floor plan to see the layout!
⚽⚽ Can I watch more than one game in a day?
Absolutely — that's what we're here for! You'll get a coloured wristband at check-in that matches the game you're ticketed for. If you've bought tickets for multiple games, we'll sort you out with the right wristbands when you arrive. No fuss!
🚪 Can I leave and come back?
Yes! As long as you have your wristband on, you're welcome to step out and come back in. Just keep it on your wrist and you're good to go.
🪑 SEATING & THE SPACE
🪑 What's the Fan Zone?
Fan Zone is our general admission ticket. High-top tables and chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis — so arrive early if you want a seat. Once the tables are full, it's standing room. Great atmosphere though!
⭐ What's the Pitch Side area?
Pitch Side tables are our reserved 8-top and 12-top party tables right at the front of the hall — the best seats in the house! No scrambling for a spot. You'll arrive to a bucket of beer waiting at your table, plus an exclusive branded gift for every guest. Perfect for groups! The eight-top tables are beer garden-style tables and benches. The twelve-tops are seated at beautiful historic banking tables that are attached to the floor inside the Pitch Side area.
🍺 FOOD, DRINKS & MERCH
🍺 Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! We'll be running the bar with Away Days beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic options. On the food side, Elephants will have sandwiches and snacks at every game. Some games will also have special food pop-ups — keep an eye out for our Soccer Fest schedule for details!
👕 Will there be merchandise?
Yes! We're producing a full Soccer Fest merch lineup — perfect as a souvenir to remember the tournament. Our Passport Office will also be on-site where you can pick up your Away Days Passport and collect stamps throughout the tournament.

The Golden Ticket is your all-access pass to every single game of the tournament — including all USA matches and the Final rounds. You also get a goodie bag packed with Soccer Fest gifts. Only 50 available, so grab one before they're gone!

👧 Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event. Bring the whole family and get the kids excited about the beautiful game! Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
We will check IDs on the door, so make sure you have yours with you!
🐾 Can I bring my pet?
Sorry — no pets at this one! Service animals are always welcome, of course. We know it's tough to leave a furry friend at home, but we appreciate your understanding!

🍻 Will you be showing games at the Away Days taproom?
Yes, we'll have games on at the taproom too! However, we're keeping capacity and noise levels lower out of respect for our neighbours and regular guests. If you want the full fan experience — big screens, lots of cheering, and the whole event atmosphere — come downtown! 🎉
