This beer follows English brewers in embracing new school hop varieties and techniques in classic English beers. A simple malt bill of Golden Promise and Pilsner malt along with Flaked Wheat provides a foundation of crackers, hay, and bread dough. Huell Melon and El Dorado hops late in the kettle bring ripe honeydew, watermelon, and mango to the forefront. This is a bright, clean, dry, summer drinker.

Euro Trippin blends English and German malts for a clean and crisp malt profile. From there we dump huge amounts of our three favorite IPA hops Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra. Euro Trippin is fermented warm with lager yeast and heavily dry hopped for maximum hoppy quaffability.
